So i used to have norton as an antivirus and i guess it automatically set itself to scan files sent to me by instant messenging, but recently i switched to avira antivirus, and when i tried to set it up to scan with avira, there are too many files and i dont know which to tell it to use.
So… any help please? thanks

Open Avira and click on the Help Tab and read all about “Real time scanning / file sharing” or similar wording.
TIP: Rather than asking for the file, ask for the web site Link. Never share files using any IM.
