i haven’t update it for 2 months and downloading is taking too much time. and event though the download files are downloaded but it is not downloaded at all.what should i do?except changing the anti-virus?

Yeah, ^ those guys ^ are both right, but you shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get your antivirus to update *automatically*.
Free Avira was failing auto-updates before the above answerer started with them, and it still is
